This beautiful Gerh. Steinberg upright piano was made in 1989 in satin mahogany finish with feathered mahogany panel. The high quality parts come from Germany however this particular piano was made in the UK. The action is a Langer 80 made by Herrburger Brooks, the world’s oldest established maker of piano actions, hammer heads, and keyboards (formerly based in Nottingham).
This Gerh. Steinberg piano has a lovely mellow tone and medium-touch. Steinberg upright pianos have found their home in schools and homes throughout the world.It also serves as a very nice designed piece of furniture that looks beautiful in any situation. This upright piano also has a unique grand piano style prop-stick for the lid – something that you will not find in most upright pianos.
