Parsa Valiany has worked with many musicians and bands playing different genres such as rock, metal, folk, jazz and classical including accompanying. He has experience in teaching piano and guitar (electric, classical and acoustic) to a wide range of ages from 6 and older.
Born in Iran, Parsa began learning guitar from the age of 15 under renowned guitarist ‘Adel Rouhnavaz’. Considering Adel’s particular style, Parsa began with the electric guitar playing Rock and Metal.
In 2016 he came to the UK to study A-levels (Music and Music tech) at City & Islington College where he was introduced to more aspects in the field such as theory, composition and technology. Both Parsa’s love for classical music and his time spent in college led him towards learning the piano as his second instrument (and eventually classical guitar as well). Parsa went on to study Music at Goldsmiths University of London in 2022 and gained his bachelor.
Parsa also has experience in preparing students for different exam boards such as ABRSM & Trinity for classical guitar, Rockschool for electric and acoustic guitar. Parsa’s approach to teaching is to create an environment where the student feels comfortable, respected and of course has fun being in class.
